President Donald Trump is “determined and committed” to getting “tax cuts” and with the Senate gridlock caused by three Republicans against Trump, the administration will target four vulnerable Democrats in heavy Trump states, according to conservative economic analyst Larry Kudlow.
“I think the president is absolutely determined and committed to get this done,” Kudlow told host John Catsimatidis on Sunday’s “The Cats Roundtable” on 970 AM-N.Y. “I was in with him a few weeks ago, and I saw it is different than healthcare, John. He is absolutely committed and determined to get it done.”
The GOP’s plan to repeal and replace Obamacare failed this summer by one vote, notably Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., a Never Trumper. Two other Senate Republicans Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, also voted against the bill.
